The weather forecaster hereabouts announced that there would be three storms before spring. That’s within eight days. There are things that make me happier.

I was informed today that my automatic withdrawal system rejected the rent payment because I was overdrawn. I’m always overdrawn. Frantic call to bank manager, who was totally pleasant. Total extra cost: $80. There are things that make me happier.

Two money orders that I was told should have been here Have.Not.Arrived. With plenty of lead time, they should have both been here, by Tuesday. Did I mention I’m overdrawn? There are things that make me happier.

I can’t seem to come up with a fresh post today that does not have the word “bitch” in the title. Tomorrow is not looking great either. There are things that make me happier.

My liddle sister and her gorgeous son, Bonkers, didn’t show up the other day. I was all psyched up to see them. Bonkers shared my disappointment. I have proof. Liddle Sis sent me a picture of his displeasure.

There are things that make him happier.

That picture is hilarious! Toddlers simply can’t hide their feelings. There’s nothing quite like extremely brutal honesty.

Oh, that sucks. I have been in all those situations and frankly? Write a bitch post. It may make you feel better!

That is one freaking delicious and adorable looking baby. I am so sorry you didn’t get time with your sis. I know you were very excited about it.

Good thoughts your way.

(Old Knudson needs to come up with a whippersnapper comment to make you laugh!)

I’m always overdrawn too. We get paid next Friday and I’m logging onto my account everyday to see when the magic happens.

I like to call it magic so that it doesn’t depress me. And the bank guy likes to call it magic because I’ve put his kid through college with all my overdraft fees.

Oh. My. God. That kid is 100% adorable! What a face! I’m so sorry you got to miss out seeing him in person and I hope that you get to see him soon. I’d be in a bitchy mood too if I didn’t get to see him. Hell, I’m gonna be in a bitchy mood as soon as I leave this site and don’t get to see his face! Hrrrmph!

Myst Says:

Doesn’t it suck.

We both get paid monthly, by the time the car/mortgage payments and all the other ’stuff’ comes out we are usually getting very ‘old mother hubbard’ near pay week (sometimes with two weeks to go), and overdraw quite often too.

We’re in Australia, the price of groceries has risen dramatically over here in the last few years, you wouldn’t get much change out of $250 – $300 for a family of four – it’s ridiculous.

I hope your money orders arrive today!!

Dang! What a crappy chain of events! I can totally empathize with you on the overdrawn part. I was laid off from my job last October and I still have not found a new job so as you can guess EVERY PENNY COUNTS.

I don’t know if this will make you any happier but I have choosen you for a creative meme challenge on my blog. Maybe letting your creative juices flow will help to cheer you up a bit. :o )

Old Knudsen Says:

I HATE BANKS! they don’t log the money on time but will be at the ready to charge you unreasonable late fees. I did a bank job last year, it was only cleaning no hold ups. Its shite when things that don’t need to happen do indeed happen like Loralee spelling yer name wrong, the Knudsons are inbreeding donkey licking bastards while the Knudsens are pure of heart and hung like donkeys and I don’t mean that one from Winnie the Poo. Do a cleansing ritual of yer living abode, sprinkle salt water and ring a bell in every room, attract that positive energy gurl friend.

Marie in Maine Says:

It never rains but it pours! Not fair to be charged extra fees when you don’t have the money in the first place. Sort of counterintuitive.

May your money orders come soon and may money pour into your bank account like a Noah’s Ark flood.

BTW that is one cute baby, I’d be pissed at not being able to visit with him too!

I found your site.

That is an incredibly cute baby…:) And hopefully he will get to see his Auntie tomorrow if the weather holds out. I hope you have a good day today Bis Sis, I’ve had a poopie week too, I’m hoping with the arrival of spring and warmer gardening weather my mood will improve. Love ya!

Jenny Says:

I have the WORST cabin fever and it’s not helping that they keep talking up snow in my neck of the woods. I’m having to accept 50 degrees as a good, warm day.

Big bummer about the money orders, the bank and the lack of smooching that baby. I hope he gets to see you very soon. Nothing brightens one’s day better than snuggling a cute little baby like that!

P.S. I keep meaning to write an entire post about how much I appreciate your techy tidbits you leave me. And then I wake up and realize 3 days have passed. SO… thank you for your awesome techy tidbits. I love your tidbits.

All: Thanks for the chin-uppies. I answered most comments by email, but wanted to acknowledge what a great bunch you are.
Zoe: Bonkers and his mom are coming tomorrow! I doubt ABB would want to be pimped out since he went all religious and all, he would feel like a hooker in church.
