Phone call:

“Is this witchypoo?”

“Yes. It really is your lucky day.”

“I’d like to make an appointment for a reading.”

We set a suitable time, and place (my office).

“One thing, witchypoo.”

“Yes?” (tentatively)

“I’d prefer to be naked during the reading.”

“Are you really interested in having a reading?”

“Yes, I am.”

“Here’s the thing, naked guy. It is good for the client to be relaxed

during a reading.

I understand that being naked makes you more relaxed?”

“It really does.”

“Only problem there is that I don’t believe I would be relaxed.”

“It’s very important that the psychic be relaxed as well as the client”

“I see.”

“I think you had best call someone else.”

Thought bubble: Wanker.

*snort* that was hilarious.

note: you see. the thing about freecycle is the whole planning thing. I LOVE Goodwill. pack it up and drop it off. We did the garage sale as a mission project for my small group. We are donating the money to a local mission. My junk just gets donated. I HATE garage sales!

Oh my.

Is it bad that the old Sesame Street song about “These are the people in your neighborhood” just popped into my head upon reading this?

It takes all kinds, I guess.
