I have more things to be grateful for this week. You might say things are looking up, but Selda, my non-sadistical physiotherapist told me that looking up was not helpful for my neck.

So to proceed with all the gratitudinosity:

  • The physio exercises are improving my pain management and my range of motion. Wine is strictly recreational now.
  • Warrior Woman is back! She’s sick, but I hope to see her soon.
  • I’m back on track financially, and my level of pain allows me to work more hours. Yay!
  • Ass Burger Boy got me a geranium for my birthday (early). It was exactly what I wanted.
  • A possible solution for my blog blahs.

Yea for non-sadistical physiotherapists! Yea for geraniums. My mother loved them when I was growing up and I never appreciated them at the time, but now I understand, as an older and much wiser soul. But not the ones bred to smell like chocolate. That is an abomination. Lemon, yes, chocolate NO.

Linda Says:

oooh all good things. Birthday. Geraniums (picture? yes?) Blog blah’s, yes, must share all these things.

I have the blog blah’s in a big way. Not content. Well not just content. I need to redecorate my blog. Or something.

Well hey there birthday girl!!

Another thing to be grateful for: Not looking up means NO SPIDERWEBS! At least as far as you know. Not that they ever bothered you before, eh? But now you have an excuse just in case.

Good to see things are going good for you.

One question. Where the hell did you find a non-sadistic physiotherapist? Everyone I’ve met has been a sadist of the highest order!

Hyphen Mama Says:

I <3 geraniums. When I was in my teens and early twenties I had a boss who annoyed me and she had dozens of geraniums all year round. I avoided them because the smell reminded me of her. As I grew older and wiser, I realized she did great things for me and my career and I gave up the angst. Since then I’ve been a geranium whore. I especially love the lacey purple ones.

Cheers for pain management!

My neck has been stiff the past several days, too. I think mine is from faulty pillows, though…

Glad things are looking better for you!
