i despise shopping as well! (i figured i’d mention the shopping since everyone else did. LOL.) me and amazon.com are best friends hehe.

not to be depressing, but your #5 struck a chord with me. i have gone to so many funerals in the last few years. all family members. where i come from, the “viewing” the day before the funeral is a big deal. everyone gathers around the body and touches it, talks about how good they look, and all that stuff. i am not trying to be insensitive here…but i am getting to the point where i cant take it anymore. i want to remember the person how they were when they were alive–talking to me, smiling, vibrant. i hate that the first thing i think of about some of my deceased relatives is the strange, tight-lipped, faux-blushed look of their face while they are lying in the casket. it makes me so sad.

okay…i just had to get that out…i hope you dont mind!!! (edit it if you want! LOL.)
