There are altogether too many people carelessly dealing with their snot. I was on a bus just last Thursday with my brood of children, and my five year old was sitting with me..I spent most of the hour long trip telling him to stop putting his face on the window!!! I also carry wipes, which is better than what my mother used to do...spit on a tissue and wipe my face!
